CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION

Validation of registrations:

You have the possibility to pay your stay in one or more instalments.
To benefit from a preferential rate, it is necessary to have paid at least 50% of the amount by the date indicated.
Please also note that to be valid, registrations must be paid in full

Deadlines :

- The registration deadline is 1 July 2022
- However, the number of places being limited it is possible that the entire place is occupied well before the deadline above. We can only guarantee validated entries.

Terms of cancelation :

- Finally, we inform you that in case of cancellation of your registration, the payments made (down payment or all) will be fully refunded until 31/03/2022.
- From this date, and until three months before the event (30/06/2022) 50% of the stay is refunded.
- Beyond July 1st, 2022, no refund will be made.

Health context :

Please note that, in the health context, in case of cancellation of the event by the AFP-ACP, the money will be fully refunded.

Tariffs

The tariffs depend on the type of room you choose and the date when you book.
From 1st May 2022 :

842 € => Room for two
934 € => Single Room
